Our team of experts each hold differing specialization certifications to ensure each client’s unique needs are being met – both fitness and nutritional needs. Our team is comprised of a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Licensed Dietitian (RD,LD), chronic disease/disability specialists, strength & conditioning coaches, powerlifters, bodybuilders, and more.

All our coaches have a Bachelor's/Master’s degree within the field of Exercise Science/Physiology or a comparable certification.

OUR APPROACH

Each Personal Training package begins with a free initial assessment. Assessments include nutrition assessment, current measurements, an initial training session to determine strengths and weaknesses followed by customized programming to meet the client’s fitness goals.

All sessions are one hour in length with a Personal Training Coach (Half hour sessions are available upon request).
