These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AIM Performance Training website at aimperformancetraining.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About AIM Performance Training
AIM Performance Training is a gym and personal training facility located at 7266 Commerce Dr., Mentor, Ohio 44060. The Site provides information about our services, our coaching team, and ways to get in touch. Membership, personal training packages, and in-facility services are governed by separate agreements you sign in person.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect information from the Site without our written consent
- Submit false information through our contact form

Content on the Site, including blog posts, program descriptions, and coach bios, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, health, or professional advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, or are recovering from an injury.

Membership and In-Facility Services
Membership and training services purchased at the facility are governed by the separate written agreement you sign when enrolling. Those agreements control any conflict with these website Terms as they relate to your training or membership.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Ohio.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
